Description:

This digital temperature probe is sealed by a tough plastic cover, which allows you to accurately measure temperatures in humid environments with a simple 1-Wire interface.

The DS18B20 offers 9 to 12 bits (configurable) of temperature readings through a 1-Wire interface.
